The White House is still considering the request as Russia bolsters and Ukraine gets antsy.
Ukraine won’t directly criticize the United States but said a more “muscular” program is necessary.
What they wanted: The most important wish was an anti-missile defense system.
The Biden administration has promised more troops, more NATO deployments, sanctions, and military assistance.
However, none of that has occurred.
