Joe Biden did not make a strong first impression upon meeting King Charles outside of Windsor Castle on Monday. After shaking the king’s hand, Biden had trouble stepping onto the sidewalk and appeared to clutch at the monarchs arm for support. Charles looked surprised at the feebleness of Biden and he did his best to prop the president up in order to avoid an even more embarrassing moment. Watch the clip below:
