Florida Governor Ron DeSantis flew two private planes to Martha’s Vineyard that were full of immigrants who illegally crossed over our southern border. Martha’s Vineyard is known as a wealthy vacation destination. Some people reside in Martha’s Vineyard, including Hollywood elites and former president Barack Obama. The Biden Administration has made such a mess of the crisis at the southern border that governors from our southern states are now shipping off illegal immigrants into democrat run cities such as New York, DC, and now, Martha’s Vineyard.
A statement from DeSantis’ office read:
“Florida can confirm that two planes with illegal immigrants that arrived at Martha’s Vineyard were part of the state’s relocation program to transport illegal immigrants to sanctuary destinations. States like Massachusetts, New York and California will better facilitate the care of these individuals who they have invited into our country by incentivizing illegal immigration through their destination as “sanctuary cities” and support for the Biden Administration’s open border policies.”
It was estimated that there were 50 million Venezuelan immigrants who were brought to Martha’s Vineyard Regional high school for food and shelter. DeSantis has funded $12 million to bring immigrants from his state to these sanctuary cities. Massachusetts governor is Charlie Baker who is not running for re-election. The November election for the Massachusetts governor will be between the Trump-endorsed Geoff Diehl and the Democrat state Attorney General, Maura Healey.
