The modern American student is experiencing an educational setting that is far different than what most of us grew up in. Today, the set of distractions and lies which are fed to public school students by our system should make every American sick. How are students supposed to excel and lead us into the future if they are taught to hate our country and to question the basic laws of nature. The cult of diversity has taken over as the supreme tenet when developing the modern educational setting. Diversity, equity and inclusion now reigns supreme over biology, history, mathematics and religion. The educational virtues of perseverance, independence, responsibility, and ambition have lost their importance due to a hyper sensitivity which is handicapping student’s capabilities.
The hyper sensitive attitude and policies of the American public school system was never more destructive than during the COVID pandemic. Students were sent home to learn remotely for an entire year and then came back to a school setting where masking, social distancing and COVID safety protocols trumped academics.
According to Nations Report Card, during the pandemic math scores saw their largest decreases ever, while reading scores dropped to levels not seen since 1992 for fourth and eighth graders across the country. From 2019 to 2022, the average mathematics score for fourth-grade students fell five points and not a single state saw improvement in their average test scores.
NCES Commissioner Peggy G. Carr says, “The results show the profound toll on student learning during the pandemic, as the size and scope of the declines are the largest ever in mathematics.”
“The results also underscore the importance of instruction and the role of schools in both students’ academic growth and their overall wellbeing,” Carr said, adding that “we do not have a moment to waste” in helping students’ academic recovery.
Another area where public schools, especially in the earlier grades, corrupt American students is that of gender ideology. Students are now consistently being taught that there are multiple genders and that boys can be girls and girls can be boys. Without the consent of parents, there have been numerous instances where teachers were found to have pushed their own LQBTQ and sexual ideology on students as young as kindergarten.
Any parent who brings up their concerns with LGBTQ ideology being taught to their young child is immediately considered insensitive or homophobic. In December, New Jersey mother Angela Reading was concerned after noticing posters outside of her 7 year old’s classroom that displayed different kinds of sexuality, including the virtues of being “polysexual.”

Reading, a member of the Northern Burlington Board of Education, went to Facebook to voice her concerns writing, “it should be illegal to expose my kids to sexual content.” To her surprise, Angela was quickly targeted as a “safety concern” by local authorities who were monitoring social media.
It is time for America to take a stand and show that people of common sense want students to thrive. And we are the majority in this country. It happened in 2021, when parents in Virginia rose up against wokeism in their state’s public schools and turned a purple state red by electing Glenn Younkin as governor. It is time for education and public schooling to become a rallying cry for Americans across the country.
