Wednesday morning Vice President Kamala Harris insisted that she would be running as President Biden’s running mate in 2024. While Biden has not announced his official campaign, it is expected that he will announce his campaign soon. And now he may announce even sooner, with Harris’s outburst.

According to News Max,

“Well, let me first of all say, as the president has said, he intends to run, and if he does, I’ll be running with him,” Harris said on “CBS This Morning” on Wednesday, the day after Biden’s State of the Union address. “As it relates to the work of being vice president — listen, I love the American people.”

“There’s important, good work that’s happening. And I take the job very seriously, and I’m honored to serve.”

Though as of now, according to Rasmussen Reports, 56% of likely voters say Biden should not seek reelection. Though those same voters say that if they does run 48% say he shouldn’t run with Kamala Harris.

Harris is scheduled to travel to Georgia and Minnesota this week to meet with college students to discuss climate change, while Biden travels to visit union workers in Madison, Wisconsin.
