The Details: The new regulations reportedly go into effect on January 3rd.
The regulations will apply to any establishment that serves food or drinks indoors. From the 3rd till the 17th all establishments will be able to accept either a vaccine passport or a negative covid test taken within the past 24 hours. After the 17th however, everyone attempt to purchase ready to eat food indoors will be required to have a vaccine passport.
Why it Matters: Philadelphia now joins a long list of other liberal cities that have decided to begin to implement harsh vaccine mandates for individuals wishing to patronize local businesses.
