LaLota is a fellow New Yorker and has called Santos “a sociopath” on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Feb. 8, adding: “He does not deserve to be in Congress.” LaLota has repeatedly called on Santos to resign and his interview with CNN was one of the most scathing attacks on Santos from within the Republican party.
