As the race between Herschel Walker and Raphael Warnock comes only 1.4 points from each other as of Monday, a day before election day, this race remains one of the tightest in the country. If a candidate in Georgia doesn’t secure at least 50% of votes from midterms, the top two candidates will advance to a run-off on December 6. Though in Georgia, unlike some other states, officials are allowed to begin counting mail-in and absentee ballots ahead of Election Day.
