Trump, his son Donald Trump Jr., and his daughter Ivanka Trump will testify in the New York attorney general’s probe into the Trump Organization’s business practices.

According to NBC News, there’s still a chance the state Court of Appeals could stay a lower judge’s order compelling the three to testify.

The civil probe is being handled by Attorney General Letitia James’ office. It stems from allegations that the Trump Organization inflated the value of its properties and took other measures to decrease its tax obligations.

James’ office alleges it has “uncovered substantial evidence establishing numerous misrepresentations in Mr. Trump’s financial statements provided to banks, insurers, and the Internal Revenue Service.”

Investigators are expected to ask the family about those statements, which former President Trump signed off on. They will also ask Ivanka, a former executive at the company, and Trump Jr., the company’s executive vice president, about the statements and company’s financial operations.

The Trump Organization has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and the former president has called the state’s probe a “witch hunt”.

Lawyers for the three have declined to comment on the ongoing case.
