Millions of Americans witnessed the clip of the nasty confrontation between Romney and Santos at the State of the Union Address. It is reported that Romney called Santos a “sick puppy,” telling him “You don’t belong here. You ought to be embarrassed.” Romney told reporters after the address that Santos should have been “sitting in the back row and staying quiet, instead of parading in front of the President and people coming into the room.” Santos fired back at Romney later on Twitter, writing, “Hey @MittRomney just a reminder that you will NEVER be PRESIDENT!” He said it wasn’t very “Mormon” of Romney to come after him.
