Republican Sen. Ron Johnson has not yet decided whether to run for another term. If he does, however, it will be much harder for Democrats to win the seat. Democrat Wisconsin Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes has led his top primary rivals in fundraising, showing him as an early frontrunner to go up against Johnson if he runs.
