Boebert is a first-term politician who quickly gained popularity as a steadfast supporter of former President Donald Trump’s policies.
She faced a primary challenge from a moderate Republican opponent who slammed what he describes as her “extremism”, according to the Associated Press.
Don Coram, a rancher and hemp farmer, attempted to portray her loyalty to Trump at the expense of her primarily agricultural district’s needs and concerns.
Boebert railed against Coram for cooperating with Democrats.
