> The debate is scheduled for Wednesday evening at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California. Although ex-President Donald Trump qualified, he opted not to participate.

> To qualify, candidates had to have a minimum of 50,000 unique campaign donors and register at least 3% in two national surveys or 3% in a single national survey and two polls from distinct early-nominating states like Iowa or New Hampshire.
